Professional Learning Plan

Below is my professional learning plan that I created on Popplet.com.  It is a wonderful site and has a free app version!  Here is a link to my PLP on Popplet: http://popplet.com/app/#/211271

Your popplet was great. It was very easy to follow and clearly represented your goals and endeavors. I was especially interested in your interest to develop apps for your toddler. Providing children with a based in technology at an early age is something I preach daily. Children have to be prepared to learn. As teachers integrate technology into learning, children have to learn to be receptive to this format as learning. What better age to start than a toddler, at home with his/her first teacher. This makes the transition into a classroom easier for children.. Greatgoal.

I really liked your popplet! I had a somewhat similar ideas in creating a bubbl, but all of the links and connections in yours were fantastic. This makes it easy to visibly see how truly connected all of the things that we do are. The one aspect I think I like the most are all of the different blogs that you listed. That's quite a list and it could potentially provide you with as much teaching technology information as you could ever want. I think you have a lot to look forward to with using technology in the future.

I loved the popplet! I was able to see all of your goals and how everything has come into play. It seems you have already come a long way in integrating technology. I think you have set great and manageable goals for your future as an educator!

Popplet seems like an excellent tool. I have not personally used it, but it seems like it is user-friendly.

I like how you organized your plan into 4 areas. Although I agree that we can separate these areas, do you think that there is some cross-over between the 4 areas? It would become a jumbled mess, but I would be interested in how the various areas overlap and intertwine.

You've listed some excellent blogs to follow. Maybe someday your blog will be mentioned on other peoples' PLPs...? :)

I hope you are able to attain your goals in each area.

Thank you for your creative delivery of this assignment...
